I would highly recommend this hair salon to everyone! The best place to cut your hair in Manhattan, especially in the financial district. Coming from Norway, I had two bad experiences at barber shops. So I was sceptical to cut my hair one more time in the US, but when I came to Salon DeLouie everything sorted out.
The person the cut my hair was named Sergei, he definitely knew what he was doing and he was so nice to me. I have never been more satisfied with a hair cut, and it only cost me $40 plus tax. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!
